Arambol

Arambol Beach is a traditional fisherman village, located approximately a one hour drive from the Dabolim Airport (GOI) within the Pernem administrative region of northern Goa, India. The beach attracts many international tourists, mainly during the winter season between November and March. Arambol has a distinct bohemian feel which is no longer found in other areas, such as Calangute and this inevitably attracts many alternative travellers.

Arambol beach is one of the clean and less crowded beach of North Goa. It is farthest to the mainstream North Goa (where most of the tourists are usually staying), but a Friendly Advise - If you too are confused if Arambol is worth a visit - NO. Nothing great to travel the way to this one, only if you are passing by The beach has all the amenities (parking, washrooms, food joints...). It's good and peaceful... had a nice evening walk, but don't expect clean or blue water beach around here. Had a great peaceful time on the shacks. The market around the beach is nice (less crowded, if you are looking to shop in some peace). My detailed experience - http://owntherun.blogspot.in/2014/04/an-evening-visit-to-arambol-beach-goa.html
